I noticed that the English use "and" as "yes" and this is very common.
At first it seemed a little strange, but soon realized that already and do have different meanings.
"Yes" means the positive response, for example: "He came from Madrid?" - "Yes."
E "and" means the agreement as "ya, ya, I think the same way" or "ya, ya, it's the truth."
PS And "it" equals "ok" in English. Constanmente use it in every sentence:)
